About project
Buildings
Two buildings are given a new life - Gedimino Ave. 37 main building and yard building.
The main building was built in 1901 according to the project of engineer V. Gorskis, later modified three times according to the project of A. Filipovičius Dubovikas: shops and apartments were installed on the first floor. The inner courtyard building was built in 1912 - at that time a 4-story building with an attic was planned, but a 3-story building with an attic was built. The house was remodeled later, in the second half of the 20th century.
At the moment, the buildings have been thoroughly renovated combining the historical heritage and the needs of modern people - the historical facade has been renovated to the smallest detail and luxuriously equipped staircases, newly built elevators, underfloor heating, recuperation system, large and perfectly soundproof windows, high ceilings, balconies in every apartment - this will allow you to feel maximum comfort while living here.
Location
When living here you will be surrounded by everything, but at the same time you will be able to enjoy the peace at home.
Just 50 meters away is Lukiškių Square, and the nearest cafes and restaurants are also there. Many theaters, shops, museums are located within a pleasant walking distance. Also, lovers of more active leisure time will find it relevant that you can reach the Neris embankment just a couple of hundred meters away, and Vingis Park - only a little less than 2 km away.

Quality
The developer of the project - UAB "Pirklių klubas" - has already secured its good name in 2010-2011 by presenting the restored Pirklių klubas building with a business center to Vilnius.
While working at Gedimino 37, the owners made every effort to ensure exceptional quality and durability. That is why only tested and reliable materials were chosen for construction. The facade restoration work, which required special care, was carried out by restoration masters with many years of experience.
